But I have to show you this.
Is that not the most RIDICULOUS thing you've ever seen? The caption won't even tell you what museum - I'm guessing because they are embarrassed that they have this on display.
You can read the article I saw it with, but it's about Neanderthals being in a completely different species... once again I feel I already knew this, so I don't know why it's news.

Is it just me or does that Neanderthal look a bit too "fierceeee" for his own good. Gonna make Ukton get his freak on when he drops the rabbits head in the river bank.
lmao, that's what I was thinking!
Very late comment, but what the hell: No, it's not ridiculous at all. The sculputure is at the museum for prehistory and early history in Halle, Germany. Its pose is a copy of Rodin's famous sculpture "the thinker" and part of an exhibition that shows how artistic and culturally advanced Neanderthals were, rather than the primitive not-quite humans people often think them to be. As to the caption not being informative and the news article not being helpful, maybe that's something to do with trying to get interesting information from Yahoo News.
Thinking in vain indeed.
