My blog is officially 4 years old today. Time flies.

I completely lost track of time! This little thing was 3 years old on March 7th. While I'm sure some of you are glad I no longer post 5 – 6 times a day, we need to revive this thing.
I'll see what I can do about that.

Alright here goes:
1) Since Ricardo Montalban died yesterday I will tell you how much of a little shit I was to my twin sister when I was much younger. She HATED that ear wig scene in "The Wrath of Khan." So – and I thought this was hysterical – I would fast forward the movie to that scene and yell at her that I wanted her to come look at something. As soon as she would come in the room, I'd hit play. She'd run and scream and I would laugh. She still hates me a little.
2) I recently got roped into reading those "Twilight" books. I think the most interesting thing to me was the biological effects of vampire semen on a human – that's just a plot hole I can't get over. I'm still not thoroughly convinced. (This is apparently a genetic quirk, the first question out of my mother's mouth was about the main character's time of the month.)
3) Unless you follow me on Facebook you will not know that I own a Flying Slingshot Monkey that I love to throw across the wall at the copywriter. She screams really loud. He also wears tiny squirrel underpants.
4) I kick puppies – metaphorically speaking.
5) I played the flute for over 8 years in marching bad. And I hated to practice.
6) I have an unhealthy interest in Tom Selleck's mustache.
7) I don't like dolls. Creepy, marionette-type dolls. I just sit and wait for their heads to start turning.

Facebook might be slowly strangling my blog. Don't worry, the blog is putting up a valiant fight.
I'm not sure how I made it to an illustrious list that includes Make the Logo Bigger and Where's My Jetpack (and the Texan)... but there I am.

That redesign I was telling you about? Swear it's coming this weekend. Of course, many of you probably read this through an RSS reader, so it doesn't matter - but I'm still going to do it.

I may have messed up my blog. I was playing with the Blogger in Draft and then I switched back, which wasn't a good idea. So I took off the pop-ups and other such till it calms itself down.
Bear with me. I tried to get all fancy this morning and messed everything up.

I went the back way to the airport yesterday (my sister was returning her rental car and I was helping in this transition) on our way I saw a VERY large yellow sign (picture soon, hopefully) with "Save Countryside" and a blogspot address under it.
I'm still over there trying to figure out their purpose and what's been going on - but I thought the sign was a great idea.
Oh, news on that protester. Seems her signs are now advocating for a hernia specialist. As suggested before, a blog is a good thing for her too. She could just hold up signs with the address.
